ROADVIA

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-08-23 · Last updated: 2026-08-23

roadvia uses third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense to improve user experience, analyze site traffic, and show relevant ads. These services may process certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies and browser storage may be used to remember your language preference and certain other preferences on the site. This information is used to ensure the service functions properly.

You can manage or disable cookies from your browser settings. You can change your personalized ad preferences through Google's Ad Settings.

roadvia does not directly sell or rent users' personal information.

In short

roadvia does not require an account. We do not ask you to register, fill in forms, or provide your name or payment details. The data involved is limited to technical records needed to run the site, plus information that analytics and advertising services collect through cookies. If you visit from the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, no advertising or analytics cookie is set before you agree to it.

What data we process

We collect no personal data directly. There is no sign-up form, membership or checkout flow on this site. If you email us of your own accord, we use the contents of that email solely to reply to you.

Preferences stored in your own browser:

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs for security and service continuity: IP address, browser type, the page requested and a timestamp.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses Google AdSense and Google Analytics.

Consent (Consent Mode v2)

Google Consent Mode v2 is installed on this site and its default state is “denied”. Visitors from the EU, the UK and Switzerland are shown a cookie notice; advertising and analytics cookies do not run until you choose “Accept”. Choosing “Essential only” keeps them switched off and the site continues to work.

To change your decision later, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.

Opting out of personalised advertising

Legal basis (GDPR / KVKK)

For visitors in the EU and the UK: non-essential cookies rely on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); server logs kept for security and service continuity rely on legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

For visitors from Türkiye, processing falls under legitimate interest pursuant to KVKK Art. 5/2-f, and cookies under explicit consent pursuant to Art. 5/1.

Retention and international transfers

Server logs are held by Cloudflare for a short period. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for at most 14 months. Google and Cloudflare operate facilities outside Türkiye and the EU; such transfers take place under those providers' standard contractual clauses.

roadvia does not sell or rent visitor data, and does not share it with third parties for any purpose beyond the advertising and analytics described above.

Children's privacy

roadvia is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from that age group. If we learn that a child's data has been processed, we delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent. Send your request to inforoadvia@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with the KVKK Authority in Türkiye, or with your national data protection authority in the EU.
