Reporting a correction
If you have seen an out-of-date price, a changed opening time or an incorrect transport detail in one of our guides, this is the message that helps us most. Tell us:
- Which city, and which part of the page
- What it currently says, and what it should say
- A source link if you have one (an official site is ideal)
We check corrections, update the page and renew its “last checked” date.

Which city you would like us to add, what information is missing — we would like to hear it.
Privacy and data requests
For access to your data, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, write to the same address with “Privacy” in the subject line. We respond within 30 days.
Partnerships and press
Tourism bodies and publications can use the same address.
What we cannot help with
We do not make hotel, restaurant or tour bookings and cannot act as an intermediary in booking changes. For a problem with your reservation you will need to contact the business directly, or the platform you booked through.
