Keep work from stopping completely when connectivity fails

Reliable internet is more than a speed-test result. Accommodation Wi-Fi, the local mobile network, power outages and peak-hour congestion are independent failure points. A resilient workflow separates in advance the tasks that can continue during a short outage. Local copies of essential documents, offline notes and cached work materials can keep production moving until service returns. Mobile data, a hotspot or a coworking network can serve as a second path, but each still depends on coverage and an active connection.

Backup is a recovery plan, not a collection of devices
